Ownership Profile: Founder- or owner-led businesses where the owner is considering retirement, succession planning, or a gradual transition from the business
Transaction Structure
Our preference is to pursue a full acquisition of the target business. However, partial acquisitions and other flexible transaction structures may also be considered where there is a strong strategic fit.
We are also open to arrangements where the existing owner remains involved during a transition period or retains an equity interest, where this supports continuity and creates alignment for the future growth of the business.
