Sourcing For Investment For Expansion & Scaling Up
Description
Dear Investors,
Grow your money passively or diversify your investments!
<> MODERN FUSION CATERER <> Looking to expand and scale up with central kitchen relocation
You could be a corporate entity looking to expand your business portfolio; or an individual investor on the lookout for potential business opportunities! Either way, let your money work for you and simply enjoy receiving dividends through passive investment.
My client is a modern fusion catering company whose USP is their Instagram-worthy food, unique concepts with eye-catching and beautiful table setups, and looking to relocate from their current location. They aim to scale up their business by procuring another premise that will serve as their central kitchen with a small admin office.
They have been around since 2018 and are currently profitable.
The investment amount is SGD$100,000 and will be used as CAPEX to setup the new central kitchen, purchase more catering equipment, and hire additional staff to meet the growing demand.
You as an investor will be given equity in the company as a shareholder as well as a seat on the Board. And you also don’t have to be involved in the day-to-day operations so you can still focus on your day job.
The total amount asking for is $400,000 with a total of 4 shareholders each holding 15% equity of the company. The owner will hold the balance 40%.
The current business model mainly focuses: - Corporate buffet orders - Live stations - Private/personal buffet orders - B2B meal boxes (a.k.a corporate bentos) - Bespoke meat/dessert platter boxes (5-10 pax)
The range of cuisine that they offer include: - Mod-Sin (local fusion) - Western - Japanese - French-Jap fusion - Korean-Mexican - Hawaiian
Aside from this, they also allow menu customisations and thematic setups - for the more discerning client who might want something more unique and/or in line with their event and/or corporate brand identity.
As they scale up, they will also be expanding into: - Event pop-ups - Ready-packed easy-to-eat meals - B2B OEM for cafes/restaurants - Corporate retainer accounts - Government projects
It's no myth that Singapore's F&B industry is as vibrant as it is lucrative. And with the abundance of celebrations, events, parties, company networking sessions, and seminars happening all-year round - a catering company with a central kitchen is relatively safer due to lower rental overheads, lower staff costs, bigger quantums, and lower setups costs - in comparison to a retail F&B outlet.
This will thus allow your investment to make you money passively.
The company name, and detailed breakdown of the monthly/annual numbers will be presented only upon a meet-up with my client (the owner of the business) as they are keen on getting to know you so as to assess the chemistry and synergy.
However, for primary assessment, please feel free to get in touch with me via Whatsapp for the preliminary financial documents for reference.

With the existing infrastructure of the central kitchen, the catering company can also create other brands in future. The central kitchen can also expand further into kiosk spaces within shopping malls as the central kitchen can support the food/drinks production and reduce the number of manpower needed at the retail kiosk.
With the retail kiosks, franchise opportunities can be discussed.
