The plan: from partner-run to company-run
In the pilot, partners handled enrolment and teaching. We now run our own classes in rented classrooms, which earns about three times the revenue per student of the partner model, while partners continue to extend our reach.
Year 1 target: 200 students across 6–8 company-run and partner locations
Year 3 target: 450 students and about S$870k in annual revenue
The model is asset-light: a class breaks even at about 2 students, against a target of 4–5

Investment terms
We’re offering six allocations of S$50,000 each, on a 3-year term, with two options:
Option A: 4% p.a. with an option at Year 3 to convert principal and interest into equity at a 30% discount to a revenue-based valuation
Option B: 6% p.a. fixed return, with an optional 1-year extension
