Owner does not have the time / cannot juggle with full-time job
Description
Supply is a Singapore-based power bank rental network. We place small self-service charging stations in bars, cafés and other high-traffic venues. Customers simply scan a QR code, pay with their preferred method, and grab a power bank with built-in cables – no app download, sign-up or deposit required.
We started the business about two years ago and, in the first 6–8 months, grew to 50+ sites generating roughly $3–4k per month in revenue at around 70% gross margins. As both founders have full-time jobs, we shifted to a passive model from month eight onwards and haven’t actively managed sales, merchant relationships, or capital deployment since, so most of the original accounts have now lapsed.
We’re selling the operating model, branding and core technology, and can provide advisory support to help a new owner take over, rebuild the site network and scale it properly. The model has been proven to work; what it needs now is a more hands-on owner or team who wants to grow a simple, friction-free power bank rental service.
Business Operation
20 small battery rental units, 1 large battery rental unit.
Facilities
Several other local players exist but all of them are high friction and require app download (to my knowledge). There does not seem to be a single dominant player.
Competition
Market potential is Singapore F&B establishments, massage shops, night clubs, hotels, etc.
