Established 2023, this Singapore-based premium children's frozen meal brand operates a diversified revenue base across four channels: a direct-to-consumer subscription programme, national supermarket distribution, premium specialty grocers, and B2B supply into preschools.

The business generates >$1M in annual revenue at more than 50% gross margin and is cashflow positive. Approximately 45% of revenue is recurring, from a base of active subscribers.

The range spans 30+ SKUs, all approved under Singapore's Healthier Choice Symbol scheme, supported by a complete allergen matrix and full SFA-compliant product documentation.

Malaysia — scoped and ready to execute

Malaysia is the nearest and most developed expansion opportunity, and the groundwork is complete. A phased market-entry plan has been prepared under an Enterprise Singapore Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) grant application, structured as: (1) a distributor partnership for modern trade, (2) a direct import arrangement with a Malaysian retailer for an initial pilot listing, and (3) regional marketplace listings supported by pick-and-pack 3PL for D2C fulfilment.

Product formulations, packaging, and the existing compliance documentation transfer directly. The principal incremental requirement is halal certification — mandatory for the meat-based SKUs in the range, and commercially advisable across the full portfolio given the market profile. Geographic proximity keeps frozen logistics viable from the existing Singapore supply chain, avoiding the cold-chain cost that constrains entry into more distant markets.

The shareholders will provide a structured handover of six to twelve months, with the key operating founder retained on an employed advisory basis for the duration. The handover covers supplier and co-manufacturing relationships, retailer and key account management, NPD and formulation processes, regulatory and compliance workflows including Healthier Choice Symbol approvals and SFA documentation, subscription platform and CRM operations, and inventory and cold-chain planning. Standard operating procedures will be documented in full, with a defined knowledge-transfer schedule agreed at signing and structured training delivered to incoming management. The duration, scope, and terms of the advisory engagement are open to negotiation to suit the acquirer's integration timeline and internal capability.
